This work reports on the experience of Photovoltaic technology introduction in isolated communities of Alto Solimões region, in the Brazilian Amazon iner forest. Special attention is given to this involvement of users in both, the implementation of this systems in general, and in the installation and management of water pumping systems using Photovoltaic technology.
