The Hip Hop can determine a great influence on training of young people. The fact of that textbooks, absorb and represent an interest in youth culture, being an appeal for attention to be given to the people disadvantaged, make the appearance of the Hip Hop Movement on the books a historical event, of cultural, political and social. The historical period comprises decade of the 90 and the first decade of the twenty-first century when books associate the Hip Hop Movement to a variety of topics and themes. Based on this evidence a systematic analysis to investigate the treatment and the representations that Hip Hop gets in History Textbooks, Portuguese and Literature, is important, track the emergence of this movement in the books, their contexts, their approaches and treatment that receives, since, through his clippings, can feed prejudiced thoughts, unsupported, or biased, disconnected from reality.
