The economic paradigm that reigned until the petroleum crises, that happened in the seventies, was the development with economic growth. Environmental aspects had secondary importance, and its evaluation was not integrated in the development stages. Nowadays, it is noticed larger mobilization of the organized society in order to minimize environmental impacts. The integrated resources planning, that includes actions from the natural resources to the final end use given to the energy by the society at a bass cost and with smaller environmental impact, it is a form of rationalizing the use of those resources. The effective time-of-use tariffs are only set in the market laws, in reason of fixed costs and you varied. With relationship to the tariffs exergetic, the quality of the energy is evaluated based on the First and Second Principle of Thermodynamics, because different final uses of the energy generate levels different from environmental degradation. In this work the clearance time-of-use exergetic is introduced - it tariffs XHS, that contemplates the offer laws and search of energy so much as the reduction of the level of environmental degradation. It was simulated, in to present he/she researches, the impact of rating the electric energy for its final use, through kW and consumed kWh and demanded, in the great sections of the mining economy. The impact of the adoption of tariffs XHS was larger in the residential section due to the: (i) low load factor and high consumption in the schedule of point and to the (ii) low efficiency exergetic.
