This paper presents the regulatories marks of the Energetics Efficiency thematic in Brazil until the publication of the Law 10.295 of october 17,2001. This law establishing The maximum levels the specific consumption of Energy or the minimal value of the energetic efficiency of machines and equipments made in Brazil. The effects of this law over the economy and economics agents is too treated in this work.
