The low solubility of ethanol in the diesel oil has motivated the study of blends using butanol like co-solvent. In this work, rheological parameters and physical and chemical properties were investigated. The blends were tested in engines as: MBB OM355/6A. The results obtained in dynamometer bench, the rheological and physical and-chemical properties are shown.
