Abstract

The article presents a prototype of system of solar heating for cheese production in small scale: 200 l milk/day. The energy for the heating of the milk to 60 ºC, it is supplied by solar collector of 3 m². The operation simulation in months of smaller and highest insolation it shows than the proposed system is viable technically. The costs of installation of the system of solar heating have return in 3 and a half years of economy in the supply of the electricity.
