The Brazilian energetic park is constituted mainly by Small Power Plants that use the energy of water from the rivers for the electricity generation. Since your conception, the environmental licensing of the same represents the most important criterion to guarantee the implantation. However, after your input in operation, can appear problems with the sonorous pollution due to the noise levels produced by the turbine-generators groups in engine room, which can pledge life quality in the cores of human in the country occupation. In this work, it shows that there is the need to make studies with regard to the implantation of energy generation units in relation to the levels of generated noise, evaluating them according to the Federal Legislation. It accomplishes noise mensurations in the ranch of SHP Luiz Dias, belonging to the campus of the Federal University of Engineering of Itajubá - UNIFEI.
