With the increasing concern around the ambient questions and had to the impacts caused for the traditional forms of energy generation, some countries come investing in the complementation and transformation of its energy parks with the introduction of alternative sources of energy. The development of the wind energy in the world is presented as one of most important and promising technologies in the complementary generation of clean energy however, for the installation of wind parks, are interesting to observe the characteristics of the place, equipment) so that the energy efficiency of the system is the possible greater. In particular, to improve the efficiency in the electricity production means to improve the exploitation of the available energy in the winds for the electricity production. In this work, the results of a small isolated wind system installed in the UNICAMP are presented, evaluating its energy efficiency. The results show that the wind energy must be encouraged only in places with good conditions of wind so that is possible to generate competitive clean energy.
