Abstract

This document points the necessity of theoretical inquiry and empirical research in the field of the energy studies that, has as resulted subsidies the formularization of public energy suppliment politics, not necessarily state for the agricultural way northeastern. Given to the spalling and complexity problematic of the knowledge generated on the question the objective he is sufficiently modest and it is summarized to identify clippings to it that could be taken as starting point for the drawing of the contours of one politics of the energy suppliment of agricultural energy market northeast Brazilian.
