The use of alternative renewable energies in the production of electricity is being experienced a new moment in Brazil. Until now, the environmental aspect was strongly explored to improve this sources, although they weren't sufficient to reach these purpose. The electricity crises that occurred in the last year showed another important reason to improve them: the necessity to diversify the energy sources. Nowadays there is an expectation with the increase of these sources after the publication of the Revitalization Plan of the Electricity Sector. This plan has many measures to be adopted immediately and one of them deals with the financial system of the alternative renewable energies programs. This article shows the analyses of the recently regulatory mechanisms developed to improve the electricity production with alternative renewable energy, specially in the isolated systems.
