This work presents a mathematical model based on Fuzzy Theoretical concepts to determine grain mass aeration time. Due to the fuzzyfication and defuzzyfication basic procedures which lies in its basis, the model can be considered as reliable as other ones available but, better than these, it can be used with a control system which allows us to know the electric energy consume during all over the aeration process. Considering our model working together with the technology of induction motors in a variable speed drives, we can determine an optimum operation time which takes into account not only the conservation of the grains, but also the electrical consume decreasing factor.
