The complete assessment on energy producing resources, as referred, indicates a consideration about technical, economical, political and environmental aspects of these resources. The developed project presents a methodology for the implementation of this complete assessment, which consists of identification and inventory of the technologies and resources available at the time to a specific geographical site and their classification as an indicative and computative caracter of the mentioned aspects, taking in consideration the sustainable development. This methology was used in the Administrative Region of Araçatuba, obtaining as results a ranking of alternatives. The solar colectors aquired the best avaluation. From this result it's possible to indicate the better option, in this case the solar colector, of investment in a preliminary approach.
