The global distribution of electric energy in this article, attend to the electric and social exclusion and to regional inequalities in developing countries, with the objective to put up arguments about the question of the social and environmental injustice. It considers the need to plan the balance between the nature budget and the society budget without forgetting the fundamental principles of the thermodynamic and powerful interests involved. Alert to dangers of the exploit the natural resources looking for more energy. Although, the article shows up, the importance of the energy in developing societies. It gives information from IBGE and MME, about the relation between electric exclusion and social exclusion, calling attention to the impossibility to see concrete solutions, out of the social-economic context. Difficulties to construct Amazon indicators were improved on partly by own estimate, because the importance of the Amazon region to the environmental sustentability and the demographic, social and economic difficulties to the electric energy distribution for all Brazilian people.
