The initiatives of electrification of isolated communities has revealed, until then, of difficult economic sustainable, with high indices of discontinuity of the service and with low the quality of the disponibilizada electric energy. Another important aspect of these initiatives it is the great difficulty for the energy suppliment of these communities. The program "Luz para Todos" (Light for All) of the launched federal government in 2002 it is an alternative that aims at the generalization of the service of the electric energy in all the domestic territory, mainly of the small isolated communities giving to access they to the decurrent development of the arrival of the energy. One of these communities that will benefit themselves of the program is the Community of the New Nesting Canaã. One bes situated in Pimenta Bueno in the state of Rondônia in the Amazon region. In 55 families will be supplied who they had never had access to an energy of quality and with continuous supply. The relevance of this project she is express for the possibility of response of its model of management for others existing communities in the country, contributing for the improvement of quality of life, reduction of the poverty and the agricultural exodus.
