The farming sector plays a preponderant role in the scale agro- to feed Brazilian, the raw material use with adjusted organolepticas characteristics, the reduction of the stockage times, in order attainment of cooler products; e the improvement of the "image" is estimated basic to develop the high content of service that already they offer and they facilitate the rank of new products in the market, as well as the creation of new chances of consumption. The Brazilian cajucultura is concentrated in the Northeast that appears with 99% of the total production, where its importance socioeconomic and strengthened by the generation of job of the field, generating economic sustentability and viability.
