In this text it is developed the question about what can be decided in the autistic structure. The distinction already seen in Freud between a reality-ego and a pleasure-ego could bring an answer as a possible way. Articulating authors in the field of psychoanalysis that dedicated themselves to think about autism with authors that observed the evolution of corporal scheme in children from the very precocious moments of their development was considered in the confrontation with a clinical practice, to work on what happens in this structuring moment. The idea of an independent corporal scheme and the idea of "an about to be being" viscously seem to indicate what would be decided in the autistic structure.
