Resumo

The present article tries to work through the conditions implied in the transmission of Psychoanalysis. It tries to identify the conditions akin to psychoanalysis and its own operating process. Following Freud and Lacan, it considers that the analyst cannot become one without the analytic act of affiliation, particularly to a psychoanalytic institution. This position does not depend in acquired knowledge at the university context but in the work developed once one is faced with the unconscious enigma.
