The present work brings to the discussion the position taken for the educator, front to the educative impasses and its different functions, they are facilitator or impeditive they to the transmission of knowing. It points ahead with respect to the tension suffered for the child of the demand social, assuming that the failure pertaining to school emerges as reply to the educative logic, fomented for the culture contemporary, in its aimed at politics and ethics. For such of the o certification of practical one of research and intervention carried through in three public schools of the city of Rio de Janeiro, in which one searches to identify the generating tensions of failure pertaining to school, promoting half that they facilitate and they make possible the dialogue between educators and psychoanalysts, implying them in the educative process of children and adolescent. For such "borromeano" space reflection creates a device called, inhaled in the topological writing used by Jacques Lacan in his last seminaries. One gives credit that the sustentation of a collective space of discussion will be able to contribute so that, the educator and the psychoanalyst, making responsible for their action they find its proper exits front to the educative impasses. In this manner, an advance in the transmission of one is estimated to know that has supported the Real, of the pertaining to school symptom failure, it wants for the psychoanalysis wants for the education. From this experience with educators and psychoanalysts it is verified, that the discussions that develop the interface of these distinct field of activity can contribute to make possible, as much a possible education how much an exercise of the psychoanalysis in the world.
