This work aims to explore the theme of incest in the context of sexual violence against children, from the conception of psychoanalysis. The theme is treated in two ways: as the forbidden and suppressed desire and will be exposed to damage from violation of this law. As a methodology, utilized the bibliographical to treat the subject in question. And through this survey, contact points were established and conclusions. These conclusions are supported in an attempt to establish the contributions on such matter, debate the importance of the prohibition of incest to society.
