Resumo
Inspired in the master's dissertation: Trajectories of constitution of the teacher (2011), the article seeks to understand in what sense the teacher becomes a hostage of systematic educational practices sometimes inflexible and pedagogical models that are distant from reality, resulting in the malaise that marks the contemporary context of education.
