This is a quantitative research developed in a University Hospital in Rio de Janeiro. Data were collected through a search in the HIV/AIDS client registers, using a form It was noticed, among the 126 records that were investigated, only one had occurred in each turn. Most of them were made by nursing technicians, assistants and medium-level trainees.
