This paper tries to reflect on the organization and interpersonal relations established in a health service, in view of the work category, with respect to attendance to women... Using the drama technique, the events of a certain (veridical) care session were discussed by means of a previously chosen theoretical reference base. It was concluded that woman health problems reveal their social determination, which makes it fundamentally important to understand how these services are organized to solve them. The accomplished actions imply in the practice of citizenship, with the obligation to encourage, among other elements, user participation in the problem diagnosis and treatment, the notion of social subject and not ill person/patient, equality in the relations with health workers and the access to information and knowledge about necessary care. The discussion of this case reaffirms the importance of creating solidary relations on the basis of the socialization of private experiences, as well the reflection about the female condition not as something natural, but historical and socially constructed.
