Evaluate the quality of nursing care, We must question how the care is given and how the patient perceivesit (in this case, the satisfaction a woman expresses after childbirth regarding the care she receivet). highlighting like the communication process is developed among the infirmary personnel and the patients that receive the service, as well athat is given between the bosses of the service and the infirmary personnel affects the labor satisfaction. Objective to evaluate the quality of attention that provides the infirmary personnel and its relationship with the degree satisfaction of the patients in the service of Puerperio of Low Risk. The methodology for this study was quantitative, traverse and descriptive. The factors of risk, highlighting age, children's number, prenatal control and the carried out work. Result, the woman's satisfaction after the childbirth is not the consistency between the prospective attention and the received; the case of the of quality that offers infirmary, perceives it as faulty and the user of the service conceives it as acceptable. Conclusion the user still considers good the service, however great opportunity area exists, to improve the quality of the attention grant to the service.
