This study was constructed on the basis of discussions about education that came up during the subject called "didactic-pedagogic formation" of the master's course at the Health Educational Technology Center - U.F.R.J., which is centered around discussing, creating, analyzing and understanding educational processes in the health area. The objectives were: to sensitize the student to seek for educational concepts; to provide an in-depth discussion, contributing to a deeper understanding about education; to analyze educational concepts on the basis of students' artistic production and to construct the educational concept on the basis of the subitems/subconcepts that were discussed. The setting was a room at NUTES. Participants were the teacher, regular master’s students and visiting students in the subject. The strategy was Cutting and Collage. The results were: Significant expressions originating from the activity of cutting and pasting, which appeared in the posters illustrated by the students.
