This paper affirms the fundamental role of the research to the psychoanalytical clinic with babies and their parents. To that, proposes to examine the Freud's writings about telepathy to found theoretical bases to this clinic, in which several reports show that the interventions through the words bring remarkable effects, but many questions remain without answers. Freud's ideas about thoughts transmission and the specifically conditions that he identified in the telepathy bring some hypothesis to answer these questions.
