The fundamental importance of these studies in the necessity to discover a new urban dimension and consolidated modal to a polycentric, to pretend to stimulated the potentials development of the different interrelated nucleus of the city, make the centrality of all the public spaces, a productive sense of daily living. To obtain a developed territory, that has to grow within its social, political and economical witch can reflect its proper gestation. Weighting the possibilities and limitations with the project to mobilizations resources and energy of the city, which concentrates in specific programs. To advance the participative project of Educational-City is impressible to know the agents that takes part in its developments: local government, professional, education institutes, productive system, the associative and its family, all the actors that contributes to consolidate a new relation between city, government and citizens, as a result obtain an educational city relating a participate that takes advantage to its ethic, ambiance and the possibility of a good relationship in a natural encounter, communication and creation within joint contributions of the different agents, because counting with sufficient cohesion and social equilibrium, that permits economical enrichment, political, cultural and social of its inhabitants. The methodological support of this study consecrates in the anthropological and urban studies.
