This paper aims to contribute to the debate about human rights and socio-educational measures directed at children in conflict with the law. Thus, we seek to understand the conceptual elements of human dignity and the doctrine of full protection and how these parameters which should guide its actions to the social-educational, thus ensuring the fulfillment of legal requirements relating to human rights.
