This work has as its finality to reflect and to propose actions over the performance of social instructors of the program "neighbourhood - Barurei school", this program started its practices in July 2007 and today offer activities such as Educative programmes for children and teenagers from needy communities out of normal school hours. This investigation emerges out of the daily experiences with the program of academics readings about the theme. This perspective offers the challenge to be attentive and to promote actions that tends to improve the quality of education and the instructor's contribution to the formation of a multicultural community and citizenship, based on Social Pedagogy propose by experts such as Romans. We'll analyze how relations occur amongst the actors involved together with the assisted community, through this, by putting to use the socio-critical paradigm, that works with the hypothesis, from the analyses of educational movements, being possible for the transformation of realities and the practical actions in different disciplines. We shall verify and reflect on the survey of 2007 in order to identify the social improvements, taking the pre-existing data into consideration and the theoretical reference analyzed till the present moment.
