This article is from the reflection proposed by the board whose focus is theme in dialogue between psychology, pedagogy and social work. Now what would be more exciting for the professionals of different areas, than the opportunity to practice this very interdisciplinary debate and privileged, in the event itself? The interdisciplinary practice requires much more than the presence of  professionals from different backgrounds on the same team or project, demand, above all, the abandonment of professional sectarian attitudes and centralizing. What does it mean to say that understand their profession, their basic ideas and practices as superior compared to any other, is the first step towards any other direction or purpose, except to interdisciplinarity. Being a good professional, zealous for the technical and professional guidance, it seems necessary attribute for all. After all, is this condition that enables us to appropriate our area and his driving partner in different occupational areas. Still, this is also a way by which we build now how to teach other professional what are our possibilities and limits. However, as other demand absolutely important, is the pursuit of learning - companion of the whole process of teaching! Yes, learn from the knowledge of other areas and take possession of them with due respect for different knowledge, as well as legitimate, which is also embodied interdisciplinarity. The process of teaching and learning, without authority or license is essential for building the interdisciplinary doing. In this sense, the presentation of social services - from its historical trajectory, some of its potentials and limits, and yet, its hegemonic and guiding principles - it is a huge challenge. For there is much wealth both in research and experience in various professional practices within the profession itself. I would humbly reflect on this dialogue, which can only point to a historical maturation, inside and outside the category of social workers. Any area will always be especially incomplete, and also knowledge is, multiplying the extent that question, conflict contradict or only: complement. For us professionals from different theoretical foundations, practices and guidelines, there remains the challenge of putting in favor of our professional practice, and especially on behalf of our target audience, the differences that constitute us.Given these reflections aim to sow through this article, some specificities of social services and the challenge of interdisciplinarity.
