This text is part of a survey being conducted from the qualification of Doctorate in Education project which provides for seeking contributions of three segments: teachers, students and managers about the profile (features / abilities / skills) teacher who works in professional education (PE) with students with disabilities courses in industrial as well as on difficulties / possibilities of inclusion in school and in the professional world of work. All this in order to assist the company in training teachers and suggest educational and legal advances in the area of ​​training of trainers for social work education. The problem originates from the research can be determined as: What is the profile (characteristics / skills / abilities / skills) teacher who works in professional education SENAI with students with disabilities? What are the benefits and limitations of teaching practices based on principles of inclusion and segregation? In this paper, the focus is on the answers derived from a segment, ie, the answers come from the segment managers. Such responses are results of a questionnaire of twenty-six questions, applied to a representative from each state that coordinates the actions of inclusion in all states of Brazil. Remember that this text, the result of the opinions of managers surveyed, will be an integral part of doctoral research which also provides a survey of other segments: teachers and students with disabilities. Here is the record that managers consider essential in the teaching profile of those working with people with disabilities into the EP, as well as the advances and difficulties of including professional managers in the vision of a national program that provides for the inclusion of people with disabilities in the EP.
