Abstract

This work arose from discussions with the subject Research projects and educational practices in non-school Education Course of the CIESA. The objectives to achieve the same: Understand the role of educator in non-school environment, specifically in the GACC in Manaus / Amazonas, identify pedagogical practices conducted by this professional, check with parents about their vision of the importance of the professional educator in the GACC and finally analyze existing public policies consistent vision of the manager of the support group researched. With this, this study is justified by the social relevance that it will bring to the local community with the research group and the scientific community. Pedagogy and Social Pedagogy in the Environment or in non-school environments remained for a long time, denied, since it previously exercised his professional practice only in formal school environment. This could be either due to lack of public policies that effect so required the presence of this person - in the various areas where the pedagogical, psychological and social be required - either for lack of market opening. You must understand that when it comes to Pedagogy in a hospital environment, stresses the fact that health professionals are prepared to take care of issues relating to clinical pathologies of the subject, but in their training preparation that occurs in the course of pedagogy that is focused on developing cognitive, emotional and social development of the subject and is nonexistent at this point that the teacher continues the training of the child / patient issues in their teaching and learning. The patient regardless of the severity of the clinical picture has secured the rights guaranteed schooling from the status of the Children's hospital, by Resolution No..And 41 October 1995. How to research methodological procedures is based on theoretical and methodological approach of historical social psychology. So this qualitative research called for here is lined with participant observation, semistructured interviews and document analysis.
