The text discusses some of the notes taken in class during the course right to education from the perspective of Social Pedagogy, taught by Professor. Dr. Roberto da Silva at the Faculty of Education, University of Sao Paulo - FEUSP and aims to clarify the limits and possibilities of the Right to Education, emphasizing the core family as the foundation of Brazilian society and defending the playing field of Social Pedagogy from their theoretical and methodological foundations.
