The work that follows aims to discuss the process of getting sick of the working class in Brazil as a form of a labor law value objectification under capitalism. The specificity of Brazilian capitalism consists not only in the worker's exploitation, but also in their overexploitation, a strong tendency in the peripheral capitalism in Latin America under foreign capital dependence. Therefore, in this text, we use Ruy Mauro Marini's thesis, whose analysis of the work overexploitation is related to the capitalism dependence process.
