The study aims to demonstrate the evident health degradation of locksmiths in their working process. In order to survive and increase the material wealth production- without necessarily increasing their fair share- they are forced to neglect their health- and expose themselves to physical, chemical and biological risks- to fulfill functions that will bring them damage, often permanent ones. Thus, we have analyzed, from the Marxian viewpoint, the origin of this problem: the health condition of locksmiths.
