Abstract

Nowadays some motivation from the federal government related to the activities of the naval industries can be observed, and so, an increase in the flow of employability of the workforce in this production can be noticed. But, one must understand the conditions that these workers are subjected when the alarming levels of health problems in this productive sector are shown. The study proposes to analyze, evaluate and investigate some factors that show the relationship between the work processes in the naval industry and the indication of illness and accidents at work, having Estaleiro Mauá S.A as empirical object.
