Abstract

The changes occurred in labor since the productive model crisis caused repercussion for worker's health due to changes in the production organization and in the appearance of new ways of management. These are strategies for the cooptation of the worker through the flexible discourse, so that the worker's subjectivity is also exploited. The precariousness of work, the multiplicity of ties, the supervision using pressure, among others, cause mental suffering, mental illness, bullying. This is a phenomenon that affects the individual in his dignity, damaging the physical and mental health, with social implications.
