Abstract

The current context is marked by productive restructuring of capital and by new forms of capital x labor conflict, prompting a intense change in the working class, who becomes increasingly complex and diverse. This article will present some reflections on productive restructuring and its effects on the world of work, specifically, from labour relations in agroindustry Italac dairy products Corumbaíba (GO), considering new forms of relationship space-time, the territorialization of the company in the city, and yet, some aspects of the organization of the work carried out in the factory.
