Abstract

This paper intends to broaden the debate on health work and the formation of their workers, from the continuing health education as a political-pedagogical strategy recognized worldwide to strengthen public systems, and adopted in Brazil as a SUS public policy in view of the work in this area. And, likewise, present the results of qualitative research on this topic, conducted with health workers in Franca / SP and region, during the formulation of a doctoral thesis. The great challenge in implementing this innovative policy is the link between education, work and citizenship, that is, analyzes the daily health actions.
