This work socializes part of the research "Youths, Music and Styles: the framing of Peace Culture, by Rap and Break groups from Teresina -PI". It has as main objects musical productions of groups named "The brotherhood/A irmandade" and "Periferic Reports/ Relatos Periféricos", this text intends to analyse and show musical productions in RAP styles by young people from this capital, emphasizing their knowledges, target public and main musical messages, which are source of protests, complaints and desires expressions, potencialities and youth practice. Fundamenta-se em Bomfim (2006). The same work is based in Bomfim (2006), Dayrell (2005), Diógenes (1998), Oliveira e Sgarbi (2002), Sposito (2003), Castro e Abramovay (2009) among others. It is an ethnographic research, there were usedas methodological procedures:observation, personal contacts, individual interviews and participation in activities promoted by youth groups observed. From the analyzes of musical productions of the RAP groups, we detected that "A Irmandade" focus, mainly, drougs and violences while "Relatos Periféricos" describes context in which lives and acts, emphasizing youth existencial conditions in Teresina outskirts.
