In this work, seeing a chance to broaden the debate on marginalized cultures and discourses, I take as a point of reflection and refraction and the universe marginalized of the Rap and Hip Hop Culture. Availing myself bakhtinianas categories such as dialogism, vision excedent and exotopia, analyze MV Bill and Racionais MC's raps and educational potential of these statements in the context of the urban periphery. So, I intend, also, with this analysis, continue beyond the barriers of prejudice linguistic, discursive and cultural backgrounds to embark on new codes, signs and manifestations of communication that go beyond what we see as patterns canonized. When we enter these unique spaces, we shall discuss paradoxical and dialectical boundaries as identity, self and other, in its different configurations, universalism versus particularism. Thus, we have perhaps a better understanding, responsive and responsible, these social subjects, in all its complexity dialogic.
