The analyzes presented in this paper seek to reflect on the political trajectory of the Brazilian Black Youth in the XXI century. Taking as its starting point the First National Youth Black / ENJUNE - held in Lauro de Freitas / BA in 2007 and considered as a milestone in the organization of this youth group, this article seeks to answer as this audience has been thematized in public policy contemporary. For this propose the intersection of the levels of violence, drug use and abuse and murder with the efforts of the National Youth / SNJ with the National Youth Council / CONJUVE to solve the equation that shows the Black Youth as the most vulnerable in society. We start from the hypothesis that skin color is crucial to social treatments, and this dynamic, the political trajectory of Black Youth shows promise, developed under ethnic resistance, seeking access to rights.
