In Brasil about 90% of all the students is the public schools. Nevertheless the public system has been seen as unable to educate (consistently) the students and to guarantee that those has access to a college education and into the professional life. This fact can be seen as a social exclusion and a perversion against the youth. After the introduction of the educational continuous progression becomes clear the difficult to deal with the heterogeneity among the students. The continuously changes in the schools' curricula and into the metrologies brings up the question about the lack of meaning of the school. From the traditional curricula which emphasizes school contents and that aim the working world we realize that there isn´t a clear view about what the school teaches, how it teaches and for what. The result is the increasing of the indifference among the students, especially among the adolescents for the school. On the other hand among teachers there is a frustration seen competent students lost in the current educational model, those students are stigmatized as incompetent, they are discouraged and some give up school, others build strategies to get a diploma without making the most of the experience at this institution. In this we discuss and questioning the current educational model of the public schools and the impacts of that model in the construction of the students subjectivity. With this goal in mind we will discuss the two reports of three students which we consider as good examples of the problems that we are discussing in the current educational model.
